Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received. Cancellations must be requested by email. • Up to 7 days before the scheduled date: full refund. • From 7 days before the scheduled date: 70% refund. • Less than 24 hours before the experience or in case of no-show: no refund. Any transaction or payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be deducted from the refunded amount. Late arrivals of more than 20 minutes may result in a shortened experience without refund. Experiences are lifestyle accompaniment activities. Participants join voluntarily and remain fully responsible for their belongings, physical condition and personal decisions throughout the experience.
